Crumb and Get It

We’re not a bakery in the polished, glass-case kind of way.

It’s just me. In my kitchen. Early mornings, flour everywhere, and dough that doesn’t always behave—but turns out unreal anyway.

Small-batch, slightly chaotic, and very intentional.
Everything is made by hand, with time, instinct, and a bit of trial and error.

This started as a why not and turned into a can’t stop.
Now it’s drops that sell out, flavours that rotate with my mood, and people who just… get it.

No mass production. No shortcuts. No pretending I have it all together.

Just really good bagels, made in my kitchen, by me.
